Pandora Return/Exchange Policy:

Store credit for all returns.  All returns or exchanges must be with in 30 days of store purchase.  No returns on FREE bracelet give-a-way.  Exchanges in sizes for FREE bracelet are absolutely allowed, but must be done in 30 days.  If you have "non-Pandora" charms on your bracelet, no exchanges or returns are allowed on Pandora product due to the dulling effect that NON Pandora charms will create.

 

Mixing your Pandora charms with other brands of jewelry can cause a "blackening or dulling" effect on your Pandora.  The metals are not compatible.  The Basketry voids your warranty if you mix your charms.  Beware of imitations that copy the Pandora design.  If you have any questions regarding this, please give us a call  504-309-7935.
