Pandora Return/Exchange Policy:

Store credit for all returns.  All returns or exchanges must be with in 30 days of store purchase.  No returns on FREE bracelet give-a-way.  Exchanges in sizes for FREE bracelet are absolutely allowed, but must be done in 30 days.  Some of you bought for Christmas already and if your bracelet doesn't turn then we can still make that exchange right after Christmas.  If you have "non-Pandora" charms on your bracelet, no exchanges or returns are allowed.

Mixing your Pandora charms with other brands of jewelry can cause a "blackening or dulling" effect on your Pandora. 

The metals are not compatable.  The Basketry voids your warranty if you mix your charms.
