"Thank you goes a long way." This week at The Basketry, our managment team has been considering whether to continue with our current VIP card or replace it with another reward. Very hard decision I may say so myself. The Basketry gave away $36,000.00 last year in VIP FREE money, but we had several customers complain because they thought they deserved more. Corporate customers don't need a VIP card since they get rewards along the way such as FREE delivery, quantity discounts etc. Every customer no matter where they shop should feel rewarded! I would like to find a VIP program that really rewards YOU, is appreciated by the customer as well as one that really creates loyalty to our store.
